Catching Up on Crafty Secrets

A couple of weeks ago Pammyjo over at Splitcoast Stampers' Crafty Secrets forum challenged us to use zig zags or rick rack on our cards. I made the card but never got it posted because our digital camera was MIA at the time. Here is the card I made:

Details:
Main Image - Crafty Secrets - Sew Nice Creative Scraps
Stamps - Crafty Secrets - Material Girl
Patterned paper - DCWV - Crafty StackInk - Ranger Distress Ink - Antique Linen, Brushed Corduroy
Accessories - felt rick rack - Offray; embroidery floss - DMC; vintage button

This week for the Crafty Secrets challenge, Lori Lynn asked us to use kraft cardstock or patterned paper on our projects. I used the same kraft-colored patterned paper as the card above for this card. It's interesting that it looks more pink on this card because of the pink in the image and the pinkish taupe ribbon:

Details:
Main Image - Crafty Secrets - Girlfriends Creative Scraps
Stamps - Crafty Secrets - Altered Art & Mouse Party
Ink - Ranger Distress Ink - Tattered Rose & Vintage Photo
Patterned Paper - DCWV - Crafty Stack; Prima (polka dot)
Cardstock - Bazzill
Accessories - adhesive half pearls - unknown; marker (to alter pearls) - Copic Sketch; seam tape ribbon - Rebecca Sower Designs

Hope you're having a lovely Sunday!

Hugs,
Marcy
